Connections Health offers continuing education credits for covered professionals, along with other trainings and support for those working in mental health and wellness. We offer internships and trainings for students and professionals, both in one-on-one and group settings. We are also able to provide tailored training and support for schools, social impact enterprises, family businesses, and other organizations.

Through an individualized mentoring approach, we work with practitioners to identify and achieve the goals they set for themselves. By incorporating theories, methods and research from multiple disciplines, as well as experiential knowledge and case examples, we help therapists define their interests, enhance their skills and develop their own unique approach to therapy.
Customized, psychologically-based counseling and support are available and can be helpful to for profit and nonprofit organizations, family businesses, partnerships, and new business and social ventures.. Such services are of particular benefit where there is a strong need for effective leadership, interpersonal skills, relationship building, communication and conflict resolution.

We’re also ready to support you in your role as the primary therapist or team. Send your client to us for adjunctive group therapy, or we can customize a one-on-one intensive or provide add-on, a la carte support, services and coordination.
We can also provide the extra therapy clients might need as they step-down from a structured Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) with our custom programs. We can seamlessly help your client transition from higher-levels of care to outpatient therapy and back to you.

REFERRALS
We collaborate with and receive referrals from residential and intensive outpatient service (IOP) providers, psychiatrists, psychologists, internists, nutritionists, local middle and high schools, and colleges, just to name a few.
And we take your referrals seriously.
When you refer a client to Connections Health, you become a part of our collaborative team. As part of our unique service model, we set aside time to intentionally and regularly coordinate care with our clients’ other providers. We provide big, multi-purpose rooms for group breakout sessions, events, and even have a kitchen. These spaces are also available to rent or co-sponsor an event.
