We’re also ready to support you in your role as the primary therapist or team. Send your client to us for adjunctive group therapy, or we can customize a one-on-one intensive or provide add-on, a la carte support, services and coordination.
We can also provide the extra therapy clients might need as they step-down from a structured Residential, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) with our custom programs. We can seamlessly help your client transition from higher-levels of care to outpatient therapy and back to you.
Have an idea for a project or partnership? We’d love to hear from you. We value professional input and fresh ideas — whether it’s about co-sponsoring an event or joining together for another project.
We collaborate with and receive referrals from residential and intensive outpatient service (IOP) providers, psychiatrists, psychologists, internists, nutritionists, local middle and high schools, and colleges, just to name a few.
And we take your referrals seriously.
When you refer a client to Connections Health, you become a part of our collaborative team. We provide big, multi-purpose rooms for group breakout sessions, events, and even have a kitchen. These spaces are also available to rent or co-sponsor an event.
