The assessment process may include:

  • A comprehensive clinical interview exploring childhood and adult experiences
  • Evidence-based rating scales completed by you and, when helpful, a family member or observer
  • Screening for related concerns (such as anxiety, depression, trauma, learning differences)
  • Integrated feedback with individualized recommendations
  • Recommendations for therapy, coaching, medication, and accommodations
  • Optional written summary for sharing with healthcare providers, school, or employers

Completion of an ADHD assessment does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis. Findings may support ADHD, another explanation for the reported concerns, multiple contributing conditions, or the need for additional evaluation.
