Join us for our inaugural community movie events, focused on mental health! We’ll be screening Inside Out 1 and 2, and exploring the ways these films bring emotions to life in thoughtful, creative, and even unexpected ways.

After the movie, we’ll engage in a group discussion where you’ll be invited to reflect on your own experiences with emotions, and connect them to the themes from the film. We’ll also take the opportunity to critically engage – what felt authentic or relatable, and what did or didn’t quite land?

• Space to discuss the films and share experiences in a discussion led by a therapist
• Handouts and resources to take home with you
• Refreshments, beverages, and the opportunity to explore the Connections Health space

This event is open to all students who are looking for a meaningful and fun event focused on mental health! Refreshments and drinks included!
