Join other parents in understanding the challenges of the teen years and develop strategies for helping your teen manage through it. Share concerns, exchange ideas and get support from other parents. Develop tools to help your teen navigate a very different world from the one you grew up in as they cope with competition, media overload, peer pressure, identity issues, and sexuality. Jessica Acosta, LCPC

Jessica is experienced working with children, adolescents, college students, and young adults providing individual, family and group therapy. Her areas of focus are anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, eating disorders and body image concerns, and substance use. She has expertise with developmental and interpersonal trauma, grief and loss, and PTSD.
