Hannah Podhorzer (she/her/hers) is the Practice Development Manager at Connections Health. In her role, Hannah supports community partnerships, educational offerings, program development, and communications for Connections. She is passionate about bringing warmth, authenticity, and cultural humility to her work and the field of mental health. If you have an idea or interest in collaboration, professional development, or any other form of community engagement, she’d love to hear from you! 

Before joining The Connections Team, Hannah worked for six years in outreach, professional education, and communication at The Renfrew Center, a national eating disorder treatment center and foundation. She recently served for four years on the board of The Heartland Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. 

Hannah holds B.A. degrees in both Public Health and Communication Design from Elon University. When she’s not at Connections, you can find her with a camera in hand, exploring the neighborhoods of Chicago, or trying to teach herself the guitar.
