A 6-week group for high school students who want better coping strategies for dealing with school, parents, relationships, and more. Learn to better manage your busy schedule, expectations, and burnout. Together, we’ll explore emotions and gain tools and skills to feel a little better about growing up and growing into the people you want to be.

Nora Frazin, LCSW

Nora values supporting the adolescents, college and graduate students, and adults she works with across the life stages of development. She is experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotion regulation challenges, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, ADHD, and substance use disorders. Nora frequently works with clients experiencing challenges related to gender, sexuality and relationships, interpersonal and sexual trauma, body image and eating concerns, ASD, social and emotional stressors, multicultural themes and adjustments, and other diverse self-esteem and identity concerns.
