  • What have I been carrying that I no longer need?
  • Where have I shown strength that I didn’t recognize at the time?
  • What patterns, habits, or relationships are asking for attention?

2. Release: Let Go of the Pressure

Letting go is not a sign of weakness – it’s an act of self-compassion. It’s the moment you stop striving to meet unrealistic expectations and start honoring your emotional limits. Let go of:

  • The idea that healing must be fast
  • The pressure to handle everything alone
  • The belief that rest must be earned
