Connections Health is looking for a highly skilled, warm, and engaging therapist to join our compassionate and high-performing team. We specialize in adolescents, college/graduate students, and young adults from diverse backgrounds, including high-achieving students from top university programs.
Our therapists provide relational, evidence-based care, integrating modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, MI, trauma-informed methods, and contextual/systemic approaches to help clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and growth.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome fully licensed clinicians in Illinois:
- LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or PMH-APRN
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience (more is strongly preferred)
- Passion for working with adolescents, college students, and young adults
- Experience supporting diverse cultural and social identities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance a high-functioning caseload
- Comfort working with high-achieving, academically and professionally driven clients
- Interest in couples, family, or group therapy is a plus
- Language fluency (Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, or others) is a bonus

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 full-time position with a competitive compensation
- 25 days vacation, holiday, sick and personal with client coverage provided including supplemental PTO
- 401(k) with 5% employer contribution (fixed + profit-sharing)
- $2,000/year Expense Reimbursement (CEUs, outreach projects, professional memberships, home-office virtual therapy resources)
- BCBS Health Insurance with employer premium contributions
- FSA, Dependent Care, HSA, and HRA options ($2,150 paid by Connections)
- Short-Term Disability Insurance (up to 12 weeks, fully paid by Connections)
- Parental Leave (up to 12 weeks, with client coverage provided)
